Hello everyone I am coming to you today to write a story for you, about a Realtor which I had a very good experience with!! It all started with my wife and I looking for a house almost 2 years ago now. I had a friend who had used Brian Urdiales, and said he was very good. If I am being honest though I was very skeptical as I thought in the beginning he was in it only for the money!! What I can tell you is that Brian has proven to me he is a very nice, caring, honest, and attentive to what my wife and I were looking for in a house!! I was so hard to satisfy, but Brian was so very patient and kind through it all!! With all of this said my wife and I now own a very nice house we bought at a very reasonable price!! Also Jeni was at closing because Brian had something else to do, but she was a wonderful person to my wife and I!! Brian is a great broker with a lot of knowledge, he sold our home in Brush did a fantastic job helping us find a bigger home for our family, we hit a hiccup in the process but he stayed always on top of every aspect of the buy and sale it was very re assuring to know we could trust him 100% on everything he did for us, He will always remain our broker and friend truly appreciated his services and all his experience!!

As a first time home buyer back in 2006, Brian did an excellent job of finding me an affordable home and a home that fit my needs. He made the experience comfortable and smooth and answered all my questions immediately and to my satisfaction. In 2014 we listed our house with Brian, as we were looking for a bigger house, and he was able to get it sold within a weeks time! With selling our house that quickly, he was able to help us find the bigger house we were looking for in a short time frame and coordinate the closing on the new house and the old house to accommodate our needs/timeframe and the buyer and sellers needs/timeframe. We will definitely use Brian again whenever a need arises to buy or sell a home.
